These license terms apply to all digital products sold on MyTape.co.uk. By downloading or using any item from our site, you agree to comply with these terms.
All items on My Tape are created and owned by us. You are purchasing a license to use the item — not ownership of the item itself.
We offer two license types:
Standard License – for single use in a personal or client project
Extended License – for commercial distribution or monetized projects
The Standard License grants you:
Use of the item in one (1) end product (personal or commercial)
Usage in a website, app, or design for yourself or a client
Modification of the item to suit your project’s needs
You may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, or repackage the item (even if modified)
Use the item in a product offered for sale (e.g., a SaaS or paid app)
Share the item publicly or use it in downloadable tools/templates
The Extended License grants you:
Use of the item in multiple end products
Use in items that are sold to end users (e.g., SaaS, paid apps, digital services)
Use in mass-distributed commercial platforms (e.g., subscription services)
You may:
Integrate the item into commercial or monetized projects
Modify and bundle the item into larger works
Use it in themes, applications, or platforms where end users access your service
You may NOT:
Resell the item as-is
Offer it as a stand-alone downloadable product
Distribute the source files unless compiled/obfuscated
Regardless of license type, you cannot:
Claim the item as your original creation
Use the item in illegal or unethical projects
Redistribute the item on other marketplaces
Use the item in trademarked or copyrighted branding without written permission
Your license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable if you violate the terms.
Proof of purchase may be requested at any time.
Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.
